Phyllis Estelle Pryor Morris, 78, formerly of Gloucester and resident of Williamsburg, died on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025.

The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10, at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Woods Cross Roads, with interment in the church cemetery.
