Phyllis Andrea Jackson, 56, of Chesterfield, entered eternal rest Sept. 25, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Boyd Hammie Jackson.

Surviving are her mother and best friend, Virginia Waller Jackson Friend; brothers, Boyd and Kenneth Jackson (Wanda); sister, Brandi Friend; four nieces and nephews she reared, Camryn, DeAndre, Corey and Donovan Ruffin; a host of other loving relatives and many friends.

A Reflection of Life Service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29 at Scott’s Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Boulevard, Richmond, Virginia.
