The Gloucester County School Board made several personnel appointments during its Aug. 11 meeting. 

Appointed to teaching positions for the 2015-2016 school year were Beth Beaubien and Jennifer Stutz of Williamsburg, Jennifer Davis of Martinsville, Jami Hyndshaw of New Kent, Renee Hypes of Charles City, Christina Liebler of Hayes, Marinda Reed of West Point, Doreen Santiago of Yorktown, and Brian Teucke of King William.

Also, Katherine Harbacevich of Williamsburg, was appointed as the athletic trainer at Gloucester High School, and Maria Palmer of Gloucester, and Jason Williams of North, were appointed to teacher assistant positions. Additionally, Michelle Jacobson of Gloucester, was appointed to a support position.

Resignations were accepted from GHS technology teacher Harry Applegate, school division math coach Alvin Coleman, special education coordinator Sandra Hedrick and teacher assistant Catherine Wilson.
