Personnel appointments made for Gloucester schools

The Gloucester School Board appointed Linda Hilling and Tamara Prince, both of Gloucester, and Tina Davis of Shacklefords to support services positions during its April 13 meeting. The appointments were effective on or prior to the meeting date.

In appointments for the 2021-2022 school year, Ryder Cullison of Mathews, was appointed as an English teacher at Gloucester High School, Olivia Long of Gloucester, was appointed as the music teacher at Abingdon Elementary and Kimberly Moore of Gloucester, was appointed as an elementary teacher.

Also, Macy Swift of Reedville was appointed as a second grade teacher at Botetourt Elementary, Jennifer Bailes of Hollister, California, was appointed as a kindergarten teacher at Abingdon, Jessica Wheeler of North Chesterfield, was appointed as a second grade teacher at Bethel Elementary and Cassandra Wood of Naples, Florida, was appointed as an English teacher at Page Middle School.
