Personnel actions approved by Gloucester School Board

In personnel actions taken by the Gloucester County School Board during its March 12 meeting, Troy LeDuc of Gloucester was appointed as an automotive technician in the transportation de-

partment, effective March 4, and Noah Hendrix of Hayes was appointed as a technician in the technology department, effective March 18.

Also, Angela Wyco of Gloucester was appointed as a teacher assistant at Gloucester High School, effective April 8, and Connor Butler of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, was appointed as a CTE/technology teacher at GHS for the 2019-2020 school year. 

In contract changes/re-assignments, GHS security officer Michael Nicosia was re-assigned as GHS substitute teacher.

The board approved retirement for Achilles Elementary teacher Judith Eastman and Bethel Elementary teacher assistant Elvira Kalinowski, both effective July 1.
