Ruby Williams, a 2019 Gloucester High School graduate and a member of the Virginia State University women’s outdoor track team, set a personal best in the 1,500-meter run at last month’s Trojan Relays at the University of Mount Olive, North Carolina. She finished with a time of 5:51.17, and placed 22nd overall in the race.
