Shelby Torres is the human resources and office manager at Peninsula Heating and Air Conditioning in Hayes. She has been with the company for eight years, beginning as a customer service representative helping the service team.

After working with PHA for a while, Torres switched her focus to marketing. In that position, she revamped the company’s branding efforts and implemented new ideas that helped the business grow. Now, Torres works alongside PHA’s president and owner, Steve Smith, helping to make important decisions about the daily operations of the company.

“I feel immense pride in the trust he has placed in me to accomplish our immediate and long-term goals,” said Torres. These goals include staffing, personnel, development, and more.
