The 84 East Peer Recovery Center, Gloucester, will sponsor events in June that involve recovery, peer support and wellness of community members that suffer from drug/alcohol or mental health issues.

The following is a list of activities planned for the month:

—Movie Madness Mondays features a different movie every Monday. Movies selected for June include “The Judge,”Dr. Doolittle,” “Dr. Doolittle 2” and “Man of the House.” All movies feature fathers in honor of Father’s Day. All Recovery Meetings will also be held on Mondays;

—“Introduction to Spanish” will be held on Tuesdays. This includes a basic overview of Spanish that will focus on helping people learn to hold light conversations in the Spanish language. Taco Tuesday will be held the first and third Tuesdays. Games such as corn hole and hillbilly horseshoes will be played;
