Candidates for Gloucester’s at-large and Petsworth districts for board of supervisors and school board will be held on Thursday, Sept. 18, at the Piankatank Community League, 11888 Harcum Road, Gloucester, beginning at 7 p.m.
The public is invited to attend, said PCL chair Phil Olekszyk.
Each speaker will have 20 minutes to speak, including questions if time permits. All speakers will be asked to stay for further questions from those in attendance after the session.
The order of speakers will start with school board candidates. The evening’s first speakers will be Fred A. Brewer Jr. and S. Nicole McPherson, who are running for the at-large school board seat. The third speaker will be Anita F. Parker, who is running unopposed for the school board’s Petsworth seat.
