Patricia Ann Dale Fleischer, 67, of Mathews, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 29, 2017.

She was born in Dunn, North Carolina, to Edna Roth Moss, deceased and Clawson Lee Dale. She was also preceded in death by her son, Robert Moody Jr.

She graduated from Varina High School in 1967 and Richard Bland Community College. She retired as a supervisor from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles in Kilmarnock after 32 years of service.

Patricia was an avid gardener; she loved her plants and enjoyed fishing and crabbing off her pier, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Raymond T. Fleischer of Mathews; her daughter, Christina and her husband Clark J. Simpson of Fayetteville, North Carolina; her grandchildren, Savannah, Annabelle, Isaac, Caroline, Hope and Colin; her stepsons, Shawn T. Fleischer and wife Shannon of Louisa, and Christopher T. Fleischer; daughter-in-law, Emily S. Moody of Toledo, Ohio; siblings, Larry W. Dale and wife Carter of Richmond, Gloria V. Penrose and husband Kevin of Midlothian, and John (Willie) Warriner IV and wife Carolyn of Henrico; nieces, Tracy, Elizabeth and Callie.

All of Pat’s family and friends are invited to a Celebration of her Life to be held on Sept. 30, 2017 at 4 p.m. at the home of Raymond Fleischer at 1549 Pine Hall Road, Mathews.
