Party for Norfolk friend brightens a winter day

Miss Effie Miles gave a party in honor of her guest, Miss Hyacinth Williams of Norfolk. The rooms were brightened by pretty decorations of holly and mistletoe. Games were played and music reveled in until 9 o’clock, when the guests adjourned to the dining room, where they found a table loaded down with good things.
