The next event in the Mathews Land Conservancy’s Party at the Wharf Summer Series will be held from 5-9 p.m. Friday at the Williams Wharf Landing Riverfront Pavilion.

Gates open at 5 p.m. with a $5 cover charge for adults (children 12 and under are admitted free of charge). Backwoods BBQ and On the Flip Side will be on site for food sales and a cash bar will be available starting at 5. DJ and local entertainer Anthony Wood will offer a dance party from 6-9 p.m. Some seating is available, and chairs are welcome. No coolers or outside drinks are permitted.
