Parsons named Peasley principal

Robert Parsons of Newport News, was appointed as principal at Peasley Middle School by the Gloucester County School Board in personnel actions during its Aug. 13 meeting. 

Parsons takes over from former principal Bryan Hartley, who was named the school division’s director of student services by the board last month. 

Appointed to teaching positions for the 2014-2015 school year were Reginald Snider of Williamsburg, and Patrick Keeley of Midlothian. Paul McLean of Newport News, was named a part-time supervisor for career and technical education and Noelle Saufenberger of Williamsburg, was appointed as a school psychologist.

Appointed as teacher assistants were Kelly Oldfield of Gloucester, Amanda Kellum and Jennifer Doss of Hayes, and Cassandra Kline of Williamsburg.  Appointed to support services positions were Lisa Dobson, Susan Woodward and Cynthia Eubank, all of Hayes; Nadine Greene, Patricia Fritz, Karl Schulday and Anjanette O’Beirne, all of Glouceste...
