After the cancellation of the 2020 Daffodil Festival due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a modified festival was held for 2021 due to continued pandemic threats. Free tickets were required to attend and participants were allowed access in small groups. Here, a group enters the Court Circle to visit vendor booths under the watchful eye of a CERT volunteer.
