Pam Manz named museum’s Volunteer of the Year

Pam Manz has been named Volunteer of the Year at the Mathews Museum, honoring her for the four murals she has painted at the site at 200 Main Street.
Manz painted scenes on windows that depict the essence of Mathews County, a release said. She has painted the waterways, the county’s working life, its farms and fields, children and churches, and wharves, wildlife and coastal beauty.
The award was presented Friday night during the museum’s annual meeting....
