P. Richard Hobbs, 70, of Hayes, Virginia, passed away on August 8, 2016.

He was predeceased by his parents, Walter Everett and Isabelle Hobbs.

Richard is survived by his daughter, Susan Warren (Kevin); son, Wendell (Donna); three siblings; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four nieces and one nephew.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. 

Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, is in charge of the arrangements.
