Members of P.E.O. Chapter CA recently presented its 2026 scholarship award of $500 to Mathews High School senior Felicity Hartlove. Hartlove will attend James Madison University this fall to major in physics. Next, she plans to earn her Ph.D. in astrophysics or astronomy, with the ultimate goal of applying her knowledge and research in theoretical physics at NASA.
