Margaret Davis, left, president of P.E.O. Chapter BW, Gloucester, recently presented Regent University student Rachael Hicks with a $1,300 grant. Hicks is pursuing a degree in paralegal studies. P.E.O., an international philanthropic educational organization, helps women financially as they further their education. The check was presented at a luncheon at the home of member Rita Jones.
