Arts on Main will hold a class on creating a canvas and painting an image of an oyster on it from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 15, at the gallery on Main Street, Gloucester.

Under the guidance of instructor Jennifer Schroeder, students will create a 12” x 12” gallery-wrapped canvas and then paint the oyster in acrylics, said a press release. All materials are provided. The cost is $38.
