Country Cottage in White Stone has introduced a new “Over the River” chocolate bar, as a tribute to the Norris Bridge that connects the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula. Designed by owner Pam Sawyer’s granddaughter Zoe Sawyer, above, the bar is made at the store in either dark or milk chocolate and is featured in a special “Over the River” assorted chocolate gift box.
