Outer Edge Gifts, a smoke shop with specialized collectibles, has opened in the shopping center that also houses Sunrise Donuts and Greens Optical at White Marsh. 

Though owner Terry England said though the shop is known for its wide selection of glass pipes and other smoking accessories, he said it also specializes in custom gifts that cannot be found at a regular gift store. “We offer a lot of fairies, dragons and other collectible items,” England said.

“I’m glad to be here,” he added, saying that Gloucester is the first stop in a number of new stores opening heading north from Newport News.

England said he opened his first store in 1999 in Newport News and has since opened a second location in Hampton.

“From here, we’re planning on heading to D.C., Maryland and Alexandria,” England said.
