Arthur Chadwick of Chadwick and Sons Orchids, Richmond, gave a talk on orchids at the April 11 meeting of the Mathews-Middlesex Master Gardeners, which was held at Kingston Parish House, Mathews. Chadwick brought a smattering of the most popular orchids today, and explained that orchids are the ideal houseplant. Orchids, he said, could live forever if they’re taken care of properly.
