The Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and Gloucester Department of Economic Development will present “This Is Not Business as Usual,” an online seminar with Marc Wilson of the Virginia Small Business Development Center at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12.

This event is part of the Quarterly Business Breakfast series for the business and nonprofit community and will be held virtually via Zoom invitation.

This seminar will cover business re-openings in phases two and three of the pandemic. The materials and discussions are for retail, restaurant and hospitality owners. The focus will be on safety, sales, marketing, community, practices and day-to-day operations.

Wilson brings 40 years of experience helping retail, restaurant and tourism-related small businesses refine and promote their concepts. He joined the Small Business Development Center in 2009 as a Retail and Restaurant Industry Strategist developing into a small business revivalist
