CRAB DIP

½ lb. special crabmeat

½ lb. lump crabmeat

½ c. cream cheese, softened

½ c. sour cream

½ c. grated parmesan

2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbs. hot sauce

2 lemons, juiced

½ Tbs. minced garlic

½ Tbs. salt

½ Tbs. white pepper

½ Tbs. oregano

½ Tbs. basil

½ Tbs. thyme

Soften cream cheese completely. Add cream cheese into a bowl and mix well with all ingredients except crabmeat. Last gently fold in crabmeat until well incorporated.

 

CREOLE CORN

4 c. corn

1 red onion

6 oz. melted butter

2 Tbs. chili powder

2 Tbs. smoked paprika

1 Tbs. Tabasco sauce

1 Tbs. garlic, granulated

1½ Tbs. Montreal seasoning

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then place evenly spread on a sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees until fully cooked and beginning to brown.

1 Tbs. flour

Dash of salt

2 Tbs. butter

3 egg yolks

2 lemons, juiced

3 c. milk

3 egg whites
