All county courts and offices (with the exception of the registrar’s office), DMV customer service centers, and libraries in Gloucester and Mathews will be closed Tuesday for the Election Day holiday.

Schools will be closed in both counties, as well, but teachers in Gloucester will have a work day. Post offices, ABC stores, and waste facilities in both counties will be open normal hours.
