All courts and DMV customer service centers in Gloucester and Mathews will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 5, for Election Day. All county offices will be closed except for the elections and voter registrar offices. Libraries in Gloucester will be closed for the day, while Mathews Memorial Library will be open.
