Gloucester schools and libraries will be closed Monday, as well, while Mathews schools will be closed Friday and Monday and Mathews Memorial Library will be closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Waste facilities in Gloucester will be closed on Monday, but the Mathews Transfer Station will be open.
ABC stores will close early on Monday, at 6:15 p.m.
