All post offices, courts, county offices, schools, waste facilities and DMV customer service centers in Gloucester and Mathews will be closed on Monday, July 4, for the Independence Day holiday.
Mathews Memorial Library will be closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday for the holiday, while Gloucester libraries will be closed Monday only.
ABC stores will be open on Monday, but will close at 6 p.m.
