The Three Rivers Health District recently welcomed Nurse Practitioner Linda Mitchell to its staff. 

Mitchell, FNP-BC, provides family planning clinical services, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections and Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services for those at high risk for contracting HIV. Her service area includes Gloucester, Mathews, Middlesex, King and Queen and King William counties.

Mitchell received her bachelor’s and master’s in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University and has worked privately for several years on the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck.
