Traffic on the Route 17 bridge over Dragon Run at Glenns will be diverted next week, weather permitting, as replacement of the northbound bridge continues. VDOT said Route 17 northbound will be closed on Friday, Sept. 18, and vehicles diverted to the southbound bridge, where two-way traffic will be in force.
