No injuries reported in school bus accident

A school bus belonging to Gloucester County Public Schools was involved in a two-vehicle accident last Thursday and the state police said no injuries were reported. Rescue was called to the scene as a precaution.

Sgt. J.A. Teagle of the Gloucester Area State Police Office said the accident occurred at about 6:46 a.m. last Thursday on Dogwood Trail at Cypress Trail in Gloucester.

Teagle said the bus was northbound on Dogwood Trail when it was struck by a pickup truck attempting to make a right turn onto Dogwood. He said the truck struck the rear wheel of the bus on the driver’s side.
