Northern Neck Sail & Power Squadron’s Cruising Under Power & Sail course begins on Wednesday, July 15 and will be held on Wednesdays for the next seven weeks. Classes will be held at the NSPS Classroom, 453-C, North Main Street, Kilmarnock. The cost is $95 for non-members, with a $20 discount for America’s Boating Club members.
