The Northern Neck Orchestra will showcase the works of two remarkable composers—Lili Boulanger’s D’un Matin en Printemps and the Virginia premiere of Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s Toussaint L’Ouverture—on Saturday, Oct. 5 at the Lancaster Elementary School Theater, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock.

The concert also will feature the grand Symphony No. 8 of Czech composer Antonin Dvorak.

The performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be preceded by a pre-concert talk hosted by Music Director Michael Repper at 6:45 p.m.

Tickets for the concert are $40. Tickets for the entire four-concert 2024-2025 season are $128, including a special holiday concert on Dec. 14 in Kilmarnock. Students are admitted free. All tickets may be purchased online at www.northernneckorchestra.org or at the door.
