Terri Crowder, owner and CEO of Northern Neck Popcorn Bag, spoke with Gloucester home-based business owners last Thursday at the Bay Aging Transit Center’s conference room. The question-and-answer-style discussion focused on how she expanded her successful business and the resources she used.
