Justin Whitt of Gloucester, was appointed as an NJROTC instructor at Gloucester High School and Katrina Smith of Hayes, was appointed as a mathematics teacher at GHS by the Gloucester County School Board. The appointments, made during the May 14 board meeting, are effective July 1 and Aug. 19, respectively.

Appointed to support services positions were Andrea Griffith of Hayes, effective May 15, and Ryan Gibson of Gloucester, effective May 16.

Resignations were accepted from teachers Courtney Blair and Cathryn Coffey and support staffers Lourdes Saunders and Lucinda Green. Also, retirement was approved for Abingdon Elementary teacher Sarah Watters and GHS mathematics teacher John Priest.
