Victory Rhodes Realty Services opened in early November at Abingdon Square, Hayes.

Owner/broker Deborah Seal Rhodes serves clients in the Middle Peninsula, Peninsula and Richmond, handling residential homes and land. Rhodes is certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, handling the special needs of clients age 50 and older, such as downsizing situations and making referrals to elder law attorneys and other professionals.

“I want to be a trusted advisor,” Rhodes said, noting that it’s important to build rapport with clients. She said she handles all types of residential properties, both large and small.

Also, Rhodes said she offers property management services for residential properties.
