An announcement naming the new Gloucester County administrator is expected Tuesday.
Ashley Chriscoe, chairman of the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors, has called a special meeting of the board at 7 p.m. in the colonial courthouse to select the new county administrator.
The county’s previous administrator, Brenda Garton, resigned April 30 to take a job in Frederick County. Retired James City County administrator Sandy Wanner has been filling in as Gloucester’s interim administrator since that time. ...
