New Christian school forming; info meeting March 25

Mobjack Christian Academy, a new Christian school coming to the area, will have an information meeting from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, at Mathews Baptist Church. Interested parents, grandparents, business leaders and community members are invited to attend.

Board of trustee members Byron Rauch and Tricia Stall said the school will take “The Principle Approach®.” This program is “parent-directed and God-centered.” Its methods include providing students with reflective reasoning, as well as teaching them self-government and personal accountability. The curriculum includes encouraging students to reason through biblical principles, learning wisdom through providential history and being educated from classical sources of study.
