Gloucester’s newest bookstore, Random Words Bookstore will open on March 19.

Located in the White Marsh Shopping Center, husband and wife owners Kevin and Myra Moore of Gloucester are excited to bring the joy of reading to the residents of the Middle Peninsula.

Kevin Moore said that after years of working in the service industry he decided it was time for him to go into business for himself. He and his wife acquired the location for Random Words Bookstore in October after contacting the property owners who deemed Random Words Bookstore a good fit for the shopping center.

Customers can expect to find both new and used books in all genres. Kevin Moore said the shelves are currently filled mostly with new books but many used books have been donated in the last few weeks. The diverse inventory means that there is something for everyone.
