A memorial service for Nelson Ramos, 72, of Gloucester, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the family’s residence. He died Monday, March 4, 2013, at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital.

Mr. Ramos was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

Survivors include his wife, Betty; son, Nelson; daughters, Susy and Samantha; two brothers, a sister, and five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, www.kidney.org.
