Nellie S. Hilker, 71, of Deltaville, Virginia, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2015.

She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Steve Hilker; her children, David Wayne West (Karen) of Topping, Va., Richard M. West (Nikki) of Gloucester Point, Va. and Michael C. West.

The family received friends on Wednesday, September 14, 2016, from 6-8 p.m. at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home, Saluda, Va. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2016, at Philippi Christian Church, Deltaville, with burial to follow at Windsor Gardens Cemetery, Dutton, Va. A reception for family and friends will follow at the Deltaville Rescue Squad Building.
