Nelda C. Sadler, 96, of Mathews, passed away Monday, Sept. 3, 2018, surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Ellsworth Sadler. Nelda was a member of Peniel Friends Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Anita S. Belvin (Bobby); a son, Keith E. Sadler (Kathy); grandchildren, Michele Williams (Brad), Ingrid Bayne (Charlie), Brian Sadler (Maria), Gregory Sadler (Keller); great-grandchildren, Travis, Morgan, Kayla, Noah, Jordyn, Caroline, Olivia and a sister, Ruth Callis.

The family thanks the staff of Gloucester House for their kind and loving care.

The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018, at Peniel Friends Church, Onemo. A funeral service will be held in the church at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Pear Tree Cemetery.
