National FFA Week

The Gloucester chapter of the Future Farmers of America celebrated National FFA Week with a multitude of activities last week. Chapter members participated in Motivational Monday, a Gloucester High School initiative to help students start the week on the right foot—by handing out stickers. Members went to Brent and Becky’s on Tuesday to speak with the Walter Reed Garden Club. On Wednesday, the chapter completed a service project, packing breakfast bags for Helping the Homeless. Members went to Sky Zone Trampoline Park to socialize with other chapters and participate in a workshop run by state officers. Students also showed their FFA spirit by wearing blue and gold, the official colors, on Friday.
