The Steamboat Era Museum, Irvington, will open its ninth annual Holiday Marketplace this Friday, following Thanksgiving. Attendees will have an opportunity to buy unique gifts for family and friends while supporting the museum.

The 2022 Marketplace will have extended hours. Opening weekend for the Marketplace is Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Nov. 25 -27). Hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 1-4 p.m. Sunday. The Marketplace will also be held on the three following weekends in December on Saturdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sundays from 1-4 p.m.

More than 20 artisans will present work such as jewelry, books, cards, ceramics, purses, baskets and more.

The museum shop will be filled with holiday gifts, decorations, and new book titles will be available in the gift shop.

Proceeds from the Marketplace support the museum.
