MPPDC to meet next week in King William

The Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission will hold a dinner meeting next Wednesday, June 25, at the King William Ruritan Club, 158 Ruritan Lane.

A regional networking period will be held from 6-7 p.m., with dinner to follow. The business meeting will begin at 8.

MPPDC executive director Lewis L. Lawrence said the program will be about the Federal Emergency Management agency’s National Flood Insurance Program. Gloucester County building official Paul Koll will describe the nuts and bolts of establishing, staffing and participating in the Community Rating System that determines community flood insurance rates.
