Renner’s Relocations, Inc., recently relocated from Newport News to Hayes. Sue Zima of Hayes owns the business, assisted by her husband, Richard, who provided the information about their business.
Zima said they handle mostly commercial and military moves, often moving large items like safes, modular furniture and heavy equipment. Occasionally they handle downsizing requests, he said.
They have run the business since 1998, offering local moves throughout the Hampton Roads area. The Zimas are assisted by a half-dozen part-time employees. Zima is originally from New Jersey and his wife is from Pennsylvania.
They have two sons: Harrison, 12, a sixth grader at Williamsburg Christian Academy, and Hayden, 10, who is in the fourth grade at Williamsburg Christian.
