Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism will host a communitywide movie night on Saturday, Aug. 28 at Woodville Park, Ordinary.
The Disney film “Raya and the Last Dragon” will be shown on the large screen, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
“It seems like there continues to be negative news surrounding us these days, so we thought it was time to bring the community together again in a safe way for some enjoyable entertainment,” said Katey Legg, Director of the Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department. “We really hope you will consider joining us in watching this popular fantasy film.”
Tickets to view the movie are $5 per person, and children under the age of three do not require a ticket. Concessions will be available onsite, but visitors are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Visitors are strongly encouraged to bring bug spray and cabin chairs, as the movie will be shown in a grassy area. No alcohol is permitted on county property.
Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.gloucesterva.i...
