Jim Towey, a friend and personal advisor for 12 years of Mother Teresa of Calcutta, India, will speak at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, at St. Therese Roman Catholic Church, Gloucester.

A news release said all are welcome to attend. His talk will be followed by a reception. Copies of his book, “To Love and Be Loved: A Personal Portrait of Mother Teresa,” will be available for purchase.
