More Easter egg hunts planned

Easter Egg hunts will be held in several locations this weekend.

In Gloucester, a hunt is planned from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the gazebo on Main Street, hosted by Riverside Sanders Retirement Community. It is open to children ages 2-12, and they should bring their own baskets, a notice said. Refreshments and door prizes are planned.

Also on Saturday, the Mathews Visitor and Information Center plans an egg hunt on the court green at 11 a.m. The Easter Bunny will be present, and a prize egg donated by Dilly Dally Emporium will be among the treats to be found.
