Monday is the final day residents can register to vote in order to cast their ballots in the Nov. 8 presidential election. Monday is also the deadline for voters to make any changes to their names or addresses in time for the upcoming vote.

Absentee voting will continue during normal business hours at voter registrars’ offices in Gloucester and Mathews, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. as well as Saturdays, Oct. 29 and Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. in Gloucester and 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. in Mathews. Nov. 5 is the last day to vote absentee.
